Repeat this three times. If you aren't feeling anything then come up a bit further. There is no need to go all the way upthough as this is not working the abs anymore than a crunch.
3) The third ab exercise to perform is the crossbody crunch. Do as if you were doing a crunch but have one hand at the side of your head. When you come up, don't go straight up but to the opposite side of the body of the hand you have on your head. Reach this hand across and touch the other side of the body. Do around fifteen and then switch to the other side. Repeat each
